What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are

MaestroDesk is a product of Clixit Media, operated by Lambeth Enterprise LLC. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What the demo form collects

When you book a demo we ask for your name, your agency's name, a work email, a phone number, the size of your floor, your current phone system and anything you choose to add in the message. We use it to reply to you, to set up the demo and, if you go ahead, to quote and onboard your agency. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.

Where it goes

Form submissions reach our team by email, either through a form delivery service or straight from your own email app, and are kept in our own records. Any delivery service we use processes the data on our behalf under its own terms. Nothing you type on this site is used to train any model.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or for the life of the customer relationship if you become a customer. Ask and we delete it sooner.

Analytics

If we measure visits, we use a privacy-focused analytics service that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. It records the page, the referrer, the browser family and the country, and counts demo bookings as an event. There is no cross-site tracking and no advertising pixel on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If we embed a calendar booking tool on the demo page, that tool may set cookies when you use it, under its own policy.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it and we will, within 30 days.
• Email [email protected] with "privacy" in the subject line.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes are noted on this page for 30 days.
